- There is an enzyme called NAD+ that starts dropping off from age 35, and the body starts to deteriorate. Replacing this enzyme reverses a lot of the age related decline.
- There are two compounds that support health NAD+ levels called NMN and NR, NMN is trending right now, but NR has better data for cognitive support, probably because NMN has trouble getting into the brain.
- REWIND is a 50/50 blend of NMN and NR so it supports youthful NAD+ levels in brain, heart and other cells. It’s better than taking NMN, which was the standard.
